About Jane.

I’m passionate about helping others rediscover their bliss and live a life aligned with who they truly are - from the inside out.

 

My journey into this work began over 15 years ago.

Anxiety, emotional stress, and panic attacks had taken hold - and I could feel the weight of it affecting not just my mind, but my body and spirit too. At the time, I was already a certified Life Coach – but the traditional coaching tools I’d trained in just weren’t getting deep enough to create the change I needed. Something was missing. Something had to change. So I turned inward.

I began to explore deeper modalities – training in EFT Tapping, immersing myself in daily meditation, and intuitively following my body's messages. Slowly I started to unravel the emotional pain I was experiencing. And what I discovered went far beyond technique. I began to realise that the root cause of my suffering wasn’t something to “fix”. Beneath the symptoms was a deeper truth:

I wasn't broken - I was blocked.

My true self was just buried beneath years of conditioning and the inaccurate conclusions I'd come to since childhood - beliefs about who I was that were never truly mine.

I began to understand that healing isn’t about "fixing" ourselves - it’s about remembering who we truly are beneath the stress patterns. My symptoms weren’t problems to solve; they were messengers from within.

I’d been stuck in loops that were keeping me small - self-abandonment, fear-based patterns and emotional suppression – and my body was now showing me the evidence. It was through this somatic and energetic work – not the mindset tools I'd been relying on – that I experienced my most profound transformation. During this time of deep inner work I experienced a kundalini awakening, a powerful expansion of awareness that connected me to a higher consciousness beyond the thinking mind. 

 

And as I healed from the inside out, my life transformed. I felt lighter, more grounded, and a deep inner peace. I felt freer and happier than I’d ever felt before. That journey became the foundation of the work I do today – and the inspiration for The Bliss Method; a somatic, intuitive, energy-based approach I created through my own healing process – and now use to support others.

This Work Isn't Just Something I Teach

I’m dedicated to my own growth and expansion; continuing to deepen my healing and learning, and staying aligned with what truly brings joy, peace, and meaning. Because healing isn’t the end goal, it’s what creates space for the life we truly want to live.

My work has been featured in leading spiritual and holistic wellbeing publications, but the real reward is witnessing the shifts that unfold when someone reconnects with their true self and begins to live from that place – that’s where the magic happens.

When we work together, I’ll hold a grounded space and offer the tools and practices to support your journey, so you can create a life that feels authentic, nourishing, and truly your own.
