Somatic healing is a gentle, body-led process of releasing stored tension, unprocessed emotion, and the patterns they’ve been fuelling. Through awareness, movement, and guided practices, you return to a sense of safety, presence, and inner balance.
What is Somatic Healing ?
Somatic healing begins by creating a safe, grounded space for your body to lead the way. Through intuitive guidance, breath, gentle movement, and acupressure, we invite stored energy and unprocessed emotion to release at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll learn to listen for and trust your body’s signals, building resilience and inner steadiness over time. Somatic work is one of the core tools I integrate into my full coaching programmes, woven together with other approaches so the shifts you experience can fully integrate and last.
