What is The Bliss Method?
Bliss Sessions are an extended, intuitive somatic-based healing experience, blending multiple modalities for deep, lasting transformation.
Each session is completely tailored to you. Think of it as a reset for your emotional and energetic body – where we don’t just talk about what’s happening or what’s happened, but gently trace it to the root of what’s stored, allowing it to move through the body and release, so you feel lighter, clearer, and free to move forward.
Drawing from a range of approaches – including intuitive coaching, body-based awareness, energy clearing, subconscious re-patterning, nervous system regulation, visualisation, and breath-led integration – each session weaves together exactly what’s needed in the moment to create profound shifts.

The Story Behind Bliss Method
The Bliss Method was born from my own journey of deep self-healing, which began over 15 years ago. Old wounds, shadow aspects, and stuck emotions were keeping me locked in looping patterns and emotional reactivity. Through intuitive guidance, I began working directly with my body and energy – releasing what had been stored for years and unravelling the emotional charge around old experiences.
What followed was profound. Situations that once triggered intense reactions no longer held the same grip. My perspective shifted, my reality shifted – it was as though I had instantaneously stepped onto a higher timeline. The healing felt complete in a way I had never experienced before; those old reactive patterns had dissolved.
Over time, the process evolved. I wove together my own intuitive methods with the healing tools I had trained in – from EFT Tapping to somatic practices, energy work, and breathwork – until it became a single, fluid, transformative experience. That’s what I now call The Bliss Method: a way of guiding others through the kind of deep, lasting shift that first transformed my own life.

Multiple modalities are intuitively blended to create profound shifts – releasing tension, clearing stored emotion and energy, and dissolving the patterns they’ve been fuelling. As the charge around old experiences clears, emotional triggers lose their grip, situations that once sparked overreaction no longer hold the same power, and what once felt heavy softens into compassion and understanding. You’ll leave lighter, clearer, more anchored, and with a shift in perspective – a new way of experiencing yourself and your reality.
